If someone regularly attends IBC, then we often encourage them to become one of our members. This important step of commitment signifies that they feel that IBC is the local body where they can spiritually grow, receive fellowship and serve. To become a member of our church, one needs to attend our two membership classes, as well as completing an interview with one of our Elders.

The criteria that we have for membership is that the person is a born-again Christian, has attended IBC for at least six months, and desires to serve in our church. We run our membership courses twice a year, in the Spring and Autumn. They take place on two consecutive Monday evenings, from 18:30-21:00.
