Our church administrator is responsible for many of the daily operations at IBC Hamburg, and is one of the key figures in the church. Some of responsibilities include managing church files and personnel records, organising the church bulletin and newsletter, and maintaining a good overview of the different ministries, office usage and church equipment. Many financial responsibilities are also involved, thus our administrator works closely with our trustees to oversee the payroll and help prepare the church budget. The person also works closely with the pastor, elders and as well as different ministry leaders.
